The Emergency Medicine Residents’ Association (EMRA) is the oldest and largest independent resident-governed professional organization that serves as the voice of emergency physicians-in-training and the future of the specialty. Founded in 1974, EMRA represents more than 18,000+ residents, fellows, medical students and alumni members, including more than 90% of current emergency medicine residents.
