The focus of this presentation is to explore the journey to leadership for PAs. Starting with an overview of the current landscape of PA leadership, this session will outline both traditional and non-traditional leadership roles. Emerging trends and future opportunities for PAs will be highlighted, along with the challenges they face in advancing to leadership positions. The presentation will cover advocacy and policy involvement, the increasing presence of PAs in executive leadership roles, and it will offer practical solutions to enhance PA leadership development. This session is designed for PA students, practicing PAs, PA educators, and healthcare administrators committed to fostering PA leadership.
