This session offers tools for PAs, PA leaders, and other organizational leaders to help inculcate an equitable clinical and/or academic medical enterprise with added discussion, insight, and perspective from military medicine as well. Sample toolkits and frameworks that can be customized for specific organizations will be reviewed as we strive toward creating a more equitable institutional structure for PAs and other health professionals in the workforce.

At the conclusion of this session, participants should be able to:
Examine sample frameworks and toolkits that help advance equitable practices at academic/clinical institutions
Discuss strategic, intentional opportunities toward equitable policies at academic/clinical institutions
Apply frameworks to interactive organizational and institutional sample scenarios
