This workshop will give attendees the opportunity to gain hands-on insertion and removal experience with both hormonal and non-hormonal long acting reversible contraceptive types (LARC). Selection criteria for LARCs, as well as indications, contraindications, patient education, potential complications, and management recommendations will be covered. Attendees will work with multiple insertion-simulation techniques, culminating in the opportunity for certification for IUD insertion.
