This session will provide a comprehensive update of the current guidelines and recommendations on breast cancer surveillance, screening, diagnosis, and treatments. With nearly one in eight women diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime, PAs in the fields of primary care, OBGYN, and surgery need to be up to date on screening protocols, patient risk factors, and appropriate referral patterns for optimal surgical or medical intervention.
