This session will focus on understanding how to identify challenging and crucial conversations. We will discuss how to understand emotions behind these situations and will explore techniques for how to smoothly navigate them. Participants will review how skills can be utilized to approach crucial conversations in a productive manner that allows for preservation and strengthening of relationships.
