This session will present strategies for equitable hiring processes. Facilitators will provide recommendations for mitigating bias during hiring and candidate-search processes, engage participants with specific strategies and tools, share results and lessons learned, and guide others to evaluate their own opportunities and challenges in conducting more equitable searches.
