This session offers a balanced overview on the pharmacology and physiological effects of cannabis and includes research-backed and approved indications for medical use, as well as its short- and long-term health impacts. The faculty will also blaze through the past, present, and future of the social and legal status of cannabis, including potential clinical, personal, and professional impacts of rescheduling and legalization.
