The diversity of graduating PA-students has a direct impact on how effectively PAs can address the health care needs of diverse populations. While programs have been charged with improving their efforts to matriculate diverse cohorts of future PAs, research has not evaluated the county-level factors that may also influence cohort diversity. This study uses secondary-data to evaluate graduation trends in relation to county-level diversity between 2020 and 2023.
