This study examines the impact of assessing Adverse Childhood Events (ACEs) and implementing a Trauma-Informed Care educational program for healthcare staff. Using the ARTIC Scale, staff attitudes were assessed pre-and post-implementation. Patient outcomes improved post-intervention, including HCAHPS scores, AMA discharges, and readmissions. Findings highlight that TIC education enhances staff attitudes, fosters patient trust, reduces AMA rates, and lowers readmissions, emphasizing TIC's value.
