It's understood that the communication of bad news delivery requires adequate training with providers being able to express empathy and compassion. With the scarcity of data on bad news delivery using telemedicine, this study assesses the simulation training of PA students utilizing Bad News Delivery with both in person and telemedicine modalities.

Introduce PAs and PA students to methods which enable effective communication of bad news using telemedicine skills
