Effective leadership is essential for promoting innovation, improving healthcare quality, and addressing systemic challenges in healthcare. While PAs increasingly take on leadership roles, more research is needed in this area. This study investigates national data on the characteristics of PAs in leadership roles.

  • Discuss the demographics, practice, and essential attributes of PAs in leadership roles compared to those not involved in leadership
