This presentation provides an overview of original research conducted postpandemic to determine the state of well-being of PA faculty and factors predictive of their intent to leave academia. The results provide a national benchmark for PA faculty burnout and clarity around workplace factors that contribute to faculty attrition. PA educators, especially those in administrative leadership, as well as institutional officials such as deans, provosts, or department chairs are the intended audience.
