This presentation explores the role of specialty-focused, educational multimodal onboarding curricula for advanced practice providers (APPs). It highlights findings from a scoping review on effective onboarding strategies using a blend of interactive training, didactic education, and competency-based assessments. The session will benefit all APPs, especially those managing APP onboarding, offering insights into best practices to improve APP integration, retention, and patient care outcomes.
