The purpose of this presentation is to provide PA students with an effective approach to End of Rotation (EOR) exam preparation. Many students struggle with the transition from didactic year to clinical year assessments feeling overwhelmed with an abundance of resources and difficulty balancing rotation schedules with independent study. We will discuss common pitfalls leading to poor EOR exam performance in the clinical year. This presentation will lay out a stepwise approach to EOR exam preparation following the PAEA rotation specific topic lists and blueprints. We will demonstrate a systematic differential driven approach to material that prepares students to apply information in the context of a clinical vignette scenario. This session will conclude with a demonstration of how to approach clinical vignette multiple choice questions.
