This presentation will provide an in-depth overview of robotic surgery from the PA perspective. Highlighting the role of the PA in the operating room, technological advancements and clinical applications of the Da Vinci robot surgical system. Attendees will also gain awareness into the benefits of robotic assisted procedures, the training required for robotic surgical assistants and the collaborative dynamics within the surgical team. This session will be followed by networking for students with surgical PAs.
