COL Matthew Douglas, DSc, PA-C, FAAPA, is the current Dean of the Graduate School, US Army Medical Center of Excellence. He is a 2008 graduate of the Interservice Physician Assistant Program (UNMC) and a 2017 graduate of the Army-Baylor Doctor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (Surgery). He currently leads 14 degree programs across multiple professional fields. Those programs provide officers who are also clinical professional to support the needs of the United States military. He is a husband and father and has served as an officer in the Army for 29 years.
