She is the Associate Director of the University of Utah Master of Education in the Health Professions program and the Education Director of the University of Utah Transgender Health Program. She has earned an MPAS and a Master of Education in the Health Professions. She practices Family Medicine and lectures nationally on education and LGBTQI healthcare. Jo’s research has focused on the health of underserved communities.
