Ted Parker, MCHS, PA-C is a Teaching Associate at the University of Washington School of Medicine, MEDEX Northwest. Originally from Seattle, WA, he teaches adult medicine and clinical skills, and mentors students across the didactic and clinical phases. A recipient of the Dr. Richard Smith Leadership Award and WAPA Trailblazer of the Year, he contributes nationally through the PAEA Future Educator Steering Committee and as an NCCPA Ambassador. He founded Send the Elevator Back Down, a mentorship program for aspiring PAs from underrepresented backgrounds, and presents nationally on admissions equity and innovations in physician assistant education.
