Rachel Weinzimmer is an Assistant Professor and Assistant Program Director for the Bechtel PA Program at Colorado Mesa University. She completed her PA training at the University of St. Francis and earned a DMSc in healthcare professions education from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. With a background in emergency medicine, her research interests include ultrasound, PA education, gamification, and interprofessional education. She is a past president of the Colorado Academy of PAs (CAPA), has served as a CAPA delegate for over 10 years, and is currently an AAPA Director and Second Vice Speaker of the House of Delegates.
