Dr. Kilgore is an associate professor at the University of Lynchburg School of Medicine and Health Sciences. He is a practicing PA in Internal Medicine at the Community of Hope Health Clinic in Pelham, AL. where he serves as the Medical Director. He is a member of the AAPA Commission on Research and Strategic Initiatives focusing on development of collaboration opportunities with post-professional doctoral programs regarding research. He has published more than 20 articles and co-written chapters in PA-related and medical textbooks.
