Kimberly Carter received a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still University in 2010. Kim’s clinical experience encompasses Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. In 2016, Kim transitioned into academia and currently serves as Director of Clinical Education for the Midwestern University PA Program in AZ. In 2020, Kim earned a Doctor of Medical Science with a concentration in PA education from the University of Lynchburg. Dr. Carter continues to practice clinically in outpatient gastroenterology. Kim enjoys writing CME manuscripts, serving as faculty for CME sponsored events, and functioning as a peer-reviewer for Clinical Advisor and JAAPA on GI related topics.
