Lisa Riley MPH, PA C, DFAAPA, is a nationally recognized advocate, educator, and leader in suicide prevention, combined with over 30 years of experience as a practicing Physician Assistant. As a volunteer for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, she currently serves as Vice Chair of their National Board and will become Board Chair in 2026. A former orthopedic surgery PA, Lisa is now an Assistant Professor in the Physician Assistant Studies Program at MCPHS in Boston, MA. In 2021, she led a group of PA’s in developing a suicide prevention curriculum for PA, NP, medical students, and practicing clinicians.
