Josh Detrick serves as Director of Clinical Services at OrthoVirginia, where he leads operational excellence initiatives while maintaining an active clinical practice. After his PA degree from Alderson-Broaddus College, he has accumulated over 20 years of clinical expertise while pursuing advanced education, including an MBA from WVU and an MHA from the University of Lynchburg. A Distinguished Fellow of AAPA with a CAQ in Orthopedic Surgery, Josh has hired and developed over 35 PAs through his innovative onboarding program, which reduced training time by 30%. He currently leads state-wide EMR optimization projects and focuses on developing solutions for healthcare delivery.
