Christopher Cordova currently practices in Orthopedic Surgery. He earned his Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies in 2006 and Doctorate of Science in 2016.

Chris posseses unique distinction of being the first PA to receive the Silver Star Medal in the war in Afghanistan where he and his medical team performed a Fresh Whole Blood Transfusion under direct enemy fire. The major battle was later depicted in a New York Times best selling book and in a Hollywood film, The Outpost.

His academic achievements include 10 peer-reviewed publications, 14 podium presentations, and associate professor for University of Nebraska Medical Center.
